Adriana Garcia Ceja Becomes CEO of ElderTree

Adriana’s acquisition comes less than a year into her search, during which she pursued a thesis around the growing and critical need for elder care. ElderTree plays a vital role for hundreds of families in the DC metropolitan area by coordinating all aspects of safety, health, and well-being for elderly loved ones. A fixture in its local community for 19 years, ElderTree is widely regarded as the local market leader. ElderTree is operated by a devoted all-female team of care managers.

We've admired Adriana's unwavering grit, drive, and passion for serving others since the moment we met her. After starting her career in investment banking and working in business development, operations, and strategy at Home Depot, Adriana attended Harvard Business School with the goal of one day becoming the first CEO in her family. We feel fortunate to have had the privilege of backing Adriana's search fund, Bolivar Progress Partners, and are thrilled to be close partners with her on the next stage of this journey as she leads ElderTree into a new chapter and growth!
