Rob Morgan
Chief Administrative Officer & Chief Compliance Officer
Rob works across the Pacific Lake team, with a focus on managing the financial and general operational matters of the firm. In his role, he also serves as a resource and point of connection across each entrepreneurs journey. Rob enjoys being called in as a resource on initiatives and challenges, being available to apply his experience from the search fund ecosystem and in general business matters, including accounting, tax, legal, operations and HR.
Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Rob was a Senior Manager in EY’s Financial Services practice with eight years of experience servicing the alternatives funds industry, where he led teams supporting both small and large PE & VC firms across the US. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BBA in Accounting and Information Systems, and a Masters in Accountancy from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
