Liza Cherney

Prior to joining Pacific Lake, Liza was a member of Spencer Stuart’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Marketing Officer practices, where she played a key role in the executive search process, specializing in market insight and talent assessment. She began her career in Change Management consulting at Hitachi Consulting, where she designed and implemented communication strategies, role delineation frameworks, process development, and knowledge transfer initiatives. Liza holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Science from the University of Southern California, where she was a member of the Sigma Phi Omega Honor Society. She later earned her MBA from Boston College, specializing in Leadership & Management. A former marathon and triathlon athlete, Liza now enjoys the occasional 5-10K run or fitness challenge with friends. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, she now resides in the Boston area with her family, where she enjoys traveling, skiing, playing with her Cavapoo dogs, and drinking copious amounts of coffee.
